A note from the founder.

I have been running events at Zephyr Events for 15 years.

In that time, I have watched the lead retrieval problem stay broken. Hardware scanners that arrived late or died on the floor. Native apps that half the booth team never installed. Pricing that needed three calls with sales just to get a number. Per-scan fees on top of license fees on top of hardware rental.

Every event I ran, I would watch exhibitors lose leads to broken tools. Every event I ran, I would hear the same complaints from booth staff: "I do not have the app." "The scanner stopped working." "Can I just type it into my phone?"

So we built ZappContact. It is the lead retrieval tool I wished existed. A Progressive Web App, so there is nothing to download. Offline-capable, so dead-zone moments do not cost you leads. Native Swoogo integration, because Swoogo is what we run our events on. And one flat price per event, published on this website, because hiding pricing is a tactic that should die.
