These terms apply to your use of the marketing website at zappcontact.com (the "site"), operated by Zephyr Orbital LLC, trading as Zephyr Events ("Zephyr", "we", "us"). By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
The ZappContact application, available at app.zappcontact.com, is a separate product provided under a separate commercial agreement. Nothing in these website terms creates rights or obligations regarding the application.
2. What you can do
You may visit the site, read the content, share links, and book a demo through the embedded calendar. You may also reproduce short quotations of the site content for editorial or commentary purposes, with attribution.
3. What you cannot do
- Reproduce, republish, or redistribute substantial portions of the content without our written permission.
- Use the site, or any of its content, to train machine-learning models for commercial use without our written permission.
- Scrape, mirror, or systematically copy the site, or use the site in a way that places an unreasonable load on our hosting infrastructure.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or to any system or network connected to it.
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the site, except under a coordinated disclosure agreement with us.
- Use the site to violate any applicable law, or to impersonate a person or entity.

The site, including its design, code, text, images, logos, and other content, is owned by Zephyr Orbital LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The ZappContact and Zephyr Events names and logos are trademarks of Zephyr Orbital LLC.
5. Links and embedded services
The site may link to or embed third-party services. The most prominent today is the Notion Calendar booking link on the demo page, which opens calendar.notion.so in a new tab. We do not control these services, and they are governed by their own terms and privacy notices. We are not responsible for their content or availability.
6. Disclaimers
The site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, about the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the content. Pricing, feature lists, roadmap statements, and any other claims on the site are descriptive and may change. The actual contractual terms of the ZappContact application are set out in the agreement between Zephyr and each customer, not in the marketing copy on this site.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zephyr Orbital LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to your use of this site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always the one posted on this page; the "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
9. Governing law
